Center Gem *Center Gem Sold Separately, add one of our center stones and we will assemble it for you, for no added fee. Designed to be able to fit our Hearts and Arrows Round cut, Old European Round, Asscher, traditional Cushion, as well as, Antique Cushion cuts. This particular ring is designed for a Cushion center gem size that is approximately 9mm x 9mm.
