G&G 31 Day Return Policy

Please note our mutually fair rules regarding our generous 31 day return policy.

We are firmly confident about the fine products we sell. You will have a full month (31 days) to review your special item. If it’s not everything you expected, and more, feel free to send it back to us.

Conditions:

Pieces need to be returned in unworn condition with return authorization.

The term begins once the item ships from our store. Express ship options lengthen your term.

Items must be received at our store on or prior to 31 days from ship date.

Items determined to be nonreturnable will be returned at the expense of the owner.

One Free Return Per Customer and/or Order.

Subsequent Returns Will Incur a 20% Shipping / Restocking Fee.

It should be understandable that engraved, sized and unique special orders are not returnable. Shipping is non-refundable.

Request Return through "My Account" link, found inside your Order History.

Condition of returned items is determined solely by G&G management. It is the buyers responsibility to deliver the item(s) within the 31 day term.
